DDM

Website and visual identity — Design of the site and the visual identity.

The brief

An agency site has the hardest brief in its own category: every claim on it is a claim the competition also makes. DDM was new as well, which most studios try to hide. We built the site around the two things that were both true and actually differentiating: a service range wide enough to be a single supplier, and the kind of attention a new studio can give that a busy one cannot.

What we did

  1. A promise, not a description — “Brande të ndërtuara për të dominuar” at display size, with the offer in two sentences under it and the objection answered before it is raised.
  2. Cream and lime, because the category is navy and grey — Albanian agency sites are navy with a stock laptop. For an agency the site is the sample, so the palette is itself part of the argument.
  3. Name the pain before the service — Before a single service is listed, the page names three specific headaches: slow sites, chasing suppliers, advertising that returns nothing.
  4. The whole range on one screen — Sixteen services as a plain grid with a sentence each. The claim is “under one roof”, and a grid this dense proves it where a paragraph cannot.
  5. New studio, stated as the advantage — The page says DDM is new, then says what that buys: fixed dates, a transparent price, one person to talk to. Hiding a young studio is a losing game.
  6. A guarantee that costs something — Not happy with the design? We remake it until you are. A guarantee only counts if honouring it hurts, and this one spends the studio’s own time.
